Fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances, solid surface countertops, ice maker, common utensils, and is very clean. Open floor plan allows for plenty of room to relax and enjoy your family and friends.

The balcony is the highlight of this vacation rental. There is a small water fall and flowing stream beneath the balcony. You can relax to the sound of flowing water. The lush tropical landscaping tops off the peaceful experience. The hot tub is within sight of the balcony so you can keep your eye on the children as well.

Westwinds is the "Crown Jewel" of the Emerald Coast. The building has been completely renovated and has a gated two level parking ramp. There is a gift shop on the first floor. The Westwinds pool is one of the best on the resort. It is a large lagoon pool with a depth that ranges from three feet to five feet. There are two hot tubs as well.
