Located on Okaloosa Island and within walking distance to many of the local restaurants. This condominium is in the ideal location for family get away.

Quiet, family oriented complex on the beach with pool, hot tub, tennis courts and super convenient location. Easy walking distance to the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, Boardwalk, and restaurants! Considered to be in the "playground" of Okaloosa Island. Close to everything, but quiet family oriented facility.

The Gulf Front Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed, private Bathroom, and Gulf views. There is a TV in both bedrooms.

The Second Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and is ideal for kids. The bedroom has direct access to the second Bathroom.

This freshly painted, in the Fall of 2009, condominium has everything that you need to relax and unwind. The fully equipped Kitchen has what you need to make this your home away from home. The Living Room has access to the large private balcony, which is perfect for relaxing and watching the dolphins swim by.

Sea Oat 's location is ideal! On Fort Walton Beach's scenic Okaloosa Island, you are only six miles from downtown Destin. There are several excellent restaurants within a walking distance. Tons of shopping, golf, fishing, and more world-class restaurants are close by. All will enjoy Big Kahuna Water Park, The Track Recreation Center, the Gulfarium, museums, miniature golf, and more. On the beach, you can go a little wild with nearby parasailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax under a beach umbrella with a good book.
